FEELIN’ MOORE ALIVE /CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

It is our commitment is to provide a warm and comfortable environment for the treatments of all of our clients, so out of consideration for our therapist’s time, we have the following policies:

Late/Missed Appointments
Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client forms. Time for your appointment has been allocated for you. Late arrival may result in a shortened session time in order for us to accommodate appointments following you. Full payment for your session will be required.

Late or missed appointments exclude others from receiving treatment and inconvenience both the therapists and other waiting clients.

Cancellations
If you the client cannot keep your appointment with us, it is expected that notice is given as soon as possible by calling the practice and leaving a message if after hours. Failure to give notice will result in a charge for your session unless there are extenuating circumstances. If less than 6 hours’ notice is given, the full consultation fee will apply. However, provision of another appointment within 48 hours will be offered in an attempt to provide continuation of treatment.

Refunds
No refunds will be given for deposits paid, cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice, or gift certificates purchased. The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on this policy.
